Refund/Redo Policy Guidelines
- Refund: Refund is available prior to ‘Signoff to Print’. Customer must email merchferies@aboutthemerch.com with order number of item refund is requested for.
- Once ‘Signoff to Print’ is completed, sales are final, and no refund will be issued.
- Redo: About The Merch LLC prides itself in offering quality merchandise and printing. We value our customers and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that things don’t always work out as expected and so we offer a ‘Redo’ for printing or merchandise defects.
- Customer must email merchferies@aboutthemerch.com within 14 days of receiving purchased merchandise with below information:
- Name
- Date item was purchased
- Order number
- Description and location of defect
- Picture of item showing defect attached to email
o About The Merch LLC will review Redo request and get back to customer within 48 hours with proceedings.
